Dr. Ajitkumar Sudke is a pediatrician and public health expert with over 20 years of experience in health systems strengthening, RMNCH+A, nutrition, NCDs, and quality improvement. He has worked with leading organizations including UNICEF, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, ACCESS Health International, Piramal Swasthya, and Swades Foundation, where he led large-scale maternal, newborn, and child health programs across India. Recognized for his innovative use of technology and as a national trainer in RMNCH+A and QI, Dr. Sudke brings a strong commitment to advancing Universal Health Coverage and the “One Health” approach.

Dr. Jayashri Neelkanth Bandal is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Microbiology at KTHM College, Nashik. With over four decades of experience in teaching and research, she specializes in microbiology and has made significant contributions through her publications, books, and conference presentations at national and international levels. She holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from YCMOU, Nashik, along with postgraduate degrees in Microbiology and Journalism, and an LL.B. in Labour Laws. Her research work spans microbial ecology, water pollution, probiotics, and bioremediation, with several recognized publications in reputed journals. Apart from academics, she is actively engaged in social awareness initiatives on health, organ donation, and environmental conservation, and has received multiple awards for her contributions in science and community service.
